- Humanity spaces that provide access to:
- Lactation room(s) that are private spaces for nursing individuals to pump
- Prayer & meditation room for prayer, quiet contemplation, and reflection
- Quiet space that is a low-sensory area for attendees to decompress the noise and bright lights of the event to reset and self-regulate in a calm and quiet setting.
- Designated priority seating and areas in session rooms for accessibility considerations for vision, hearing, and mobility accommodations
- Audio Description receiver system for the Keynote and select General Sessions
- Assistive Listening receiver system for the Keynote and select General Sessions
- Menus with inclusive dietary offerings as well as pre-ordered meals for attendees requiring specific needs
- Accommodations team to support accessibility and dietary inquiries and requests, pre-event and onsite during the event
If you require reasonable additional accommodations to fully participate in our event, please answer the accommodation questions during registration at least two weeks prior to the event date to make additional requests.
Both live and on-demand captions for videos can be turned on and allow for customization that includes ensuring basic size, contrast, font style, and placement in the video player. Captions in English are professionally transcribed by a human. Translated closed captions for other languages are generated via AI. Note: when selecting the ASL option in the video player, the video player will change to a new stream and refresh the video player. Focus on that selection will be lost.
