Kevin Peesker, the President of Microsoft’s Small, Medium, Corporate, is a proven business transformational leader with an exceptional 30-year record of driving collaboration between government / industry and technology and creating customer-obsessed organizations.Kevin’s commitment to customers and partners drives his passion for providing technology solutions globally that make local impact. Widely respected for delivering positive outcomes for customers, he leads with a digital-first mindset enabling digital capabilities and the value of the Microsoft cloud for all.
Prior to his current role, Kevin served as the President of Microsoft Canada for five years, where he led a world-class team providing transformative outcomes for Canadians.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Kevin held multiple senior leadership roles with country and regional responsibility spanning 70 countries across finance, marketing, operations, sales, and general management.
Born in Western Canada, Kevin holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He currently resides in Toronto with his wife Karen and two kids and is active in the community, volunteering his time coaching youth and serving on boards. Kevin is a past Chair of the Board of Directors of TechNation (the Information Technology Association of Canada) and a former member of the Business Council of Canada.

Carissa Allen
Director, WW SMC Partner Strategy
Carissa has had a variety of customer, partner and WW strategy roles during her 27 years at Microsoft. She is a connector, mentor and creator of customer/partner experiences. She is currently responsible for partner activation in our mid-market customer segment, creating opportunities for Microsoft Sellers and Partners to develop deeper relationships and mutual success.

Alexandre Babakoff is leading the WW SMC & Digital Sales Strategy. The Strategy team charter is to enable Microsoft AI, cloud services penetration & sales growth in SMC Corporate and SMB segments through the design and delivery of the appropriate sales model (roles, blueprint, routes to market, processes, tools & programs) that combined drive best in class service, easy to consume value to our customers and partners and growth for Microsoft and its SMC employees.
