Satya Nadella is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft. Before being named CEO in February 2014, Nadella held leadership roles in both enterprise and consumer businesses across the company.
Joining Microsoft in 1992, he quickly became known as a leader who could span a breadth of technologies and businesses to transform some of Microsoft’s biggest product offerings.
Most recently, Nadella was executive vice president of Microsoft’s Cloud and Enterprise group. In this role he led the transformation to the cloud infrastructure and services business, which outperformed the market and took share from competition. Previously, Nadella led R&D for the Online Services Division and was vice president of the Microsoft Business Division. Before joining Microsoft, Nadella was a member of the technology staff at Sun Microsystems.
Originally from Hyderabad, India, Nadella lives in Bellevue, Washington, with his family. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Mangalore University, a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago. Nadella serves on the board of trustees to his alma mater the University of Chicago.

Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer
Judson Althoff is executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Microsoft. He is responsible for the sales strategy, execution and revenue growth of the company’s commercial business, which spans enterprise, public sector, small and medium businesses, services, developer and partner communities in more than 120 regional and national subsidiaries globally.
Althoff is passionate about co-innovating with customers to democratize and scale digital experiences across their organization — from the boardroom to the factory floor — and in the marketplace. Under his leadership, Microsoft has posted uninterrupted commercial cloud revenue growth, powered by close partnerships with customers that are driving business outcomes through digital transformation.
Althoff joined the company in March 2013 as president of Microsoft North America. Earlier in his career, he spent multiple years in senior sales roles at Oracle and EMC. Althoff is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and serves on Ecolab’s board as an independent director and a member of the Audit and Finance Committee.

Nicole Dezen
Chief Partner Officer and Corporate Vice President, Global Partner Solutions
Nicole Dezen serves as Chief Partner Officer and Corporate Vice President, Global Partner Solutions (GPS) at Microsoft. She leads the commercial partner business and is responsible for building and selling Microsoft AI and Cloud applications, services and devices with partners. She collaborates with a broad set of commercial partners including Advisory partners, device partners, System Integrators, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and services partners to drive digital transformation, scale, business growth and profitability. With more than 25 years of sales experience in tech, Nicole’s innate curiosity has led her from several years in telecommunications, to leading tech start-ups as CEO, to driving Microsoft’s multi-billion-dollar commercial partner business today. Nicole joined Microsoft in 2007 and served in multiple roles in the US, Asia and EMEA.

Joyce Mullen
CEO
Joyce Mullen assumed her role in January 2022 as president and CEO of Insight Enterprises, a $10.4 billion Fortune 500 organization. She leads Insight’s evolution as an industry recognized Solutions Integrator that helps organizations accelerate their digital journey and maximize the business value of technology.
Mullen joined the company in October 2020 as president of North America. Under her leadership, net sales in North America increased 14% to $7.5 billion in 2021 amid a global
pandemic and an exceedingly volatile market. She drove consolidation of Insight’s solutions organizations to streamline the company’s services business and accelerate Insight’s strategy to become a leading solutions integrator, fully leveraging the company’s broad portfolio of hardware, software, and services to deliver impactful outcomes to clients.
Prior to joining Insight, Mullen served as president of Dell Technologies’ global channel, embedded and edge solutions. During her 21-year tenure at Dell, she held several executive positions, leading a broad range of organizations, including sales, operations, supply chain, partner strategy, services delivery, and logistics. Under Mullen’s leadership, Dell’s channel sales exceeded $50 billion, as she drove channel strategy, partner programs, solution provider enablement, and channel sales execution, along with Dell’s relationships with OEMs and distributors.
Prior to Dell, she held various leadership roles at Cummins Engine Company for nine years, including director of international customer support, director of EMEA logistics, and a plant manager role.
Mullen earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and BA from Brown University with a degree in International Relations.
Today, Mullen oversees Insight’s 14,000+ teammates, who operate in 19 countries and include 5,500+ technical experts (architects, engineers, and software developers). President of Industry & Partnerships
As President of Industry & Partnerships, Nick Parker leads Microsoft's multi-billion-dollar global sales business spanning industry, partner and enterprise commercial teams. The combination of Global Industry Sales (GIS), Global Enterprise Sales (GES), Global Partner Solutions (GPS), Industry Solutions Engineering (ISE) and IPS Strategy & Operations, adds increased dimension to Microsoft’s sales capabilities. With Microsoft’s unique and differentiated cloud technology and AI solutions, IPS drives business growth through creating new industry market opportunity, increased sales and consumption with industry solutions, strategic deal origination and acceleration, structured enterprise engagement and partner ecosystem success.

Prasad Sankaran is President of Software and Platform Engineering at Cognizant. Prasad leads strategy, offerings, solutions, partnerships, capabilities and delivery for digital engineering, digital experience, application development and management and quality engineering and assurance.
Prasad has deep technical and business experience in leading and delivering large, complex IT projects across digital, cloud, infrastructure and application services. Prior to joining Cognizant in November 2022, he was Senior Partner at Bain and Company, a leader in enterprise technology and private equity practices.
Before joining Bain and Company, Prasad spent over two decades with Accenture, where he became Senior Managing Director and held several leadership positions. His previous roles at Accenture included Global Lead for Intelligent Cloud and Infrastructure, Technology Lead of North America and Global Financial Services Lead for Technology.
He was also part of the core team that pioneered the establishment of offshore IT in 2001, which became the foundation of the global delivery model that extended to a network of global delivery centers.
Prasad has a Master of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. In addition, he has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India.
