Pavan Davuluri
CVP, Windows + Devices, Microsoft
Pavan Davuluri’s title is Corporate Vice President, Windows + Devices at Microsoft, but at his core he is an empathetic leader who believes that technology and innovation can empower and equalize. He leads the vision and strategy for Microsoft’s Windows + Devices division, which includes the delivery of Windows 11, the development and design of Windows 365, the development, design, supply chain, and manufacturing of Microsoft hardware, including Microsoft Surface and Mixed Reality devices, as well as the creation of EDU products and features.
Under Davuluri’s leadership, product makers, engineers, and designers from across the company come together to create end-to-end experiences that blend hardware and software, fuse cloud and client, and bring AI to life, transforming the way people work, live, create, and learn.
In his 22 years at Microsoft, Davuluri has led numerous end-to-end design and engineering efforts across a variety of device categories. Most recently, Davuluri led the engineering organization responsible for silicon and systems integration in the Windows ecosystem. Prior to that, he was among the 12 original team members driving the creation of the Surface line of premium devices and began his Microsoft journey in the PC Hardware Group.
Outside of work, Davuluri enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. They can usually be found hiking or riding bikes in the Pacific Northwest or volunteering in the local Seattle area arts and theater communities.
Davuluri holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland.

Aidan Marcuss
CVP - Program Management
As part of Microsoft, Aidan Marcuss is responsible for defining the multi-year Windows Cloud product strategy and driving it forward within Microsoft and the Windows partner ecosystem. Leading a team of 400 professionals, Aidan manages ecosystem engineering, product management for W365, AVD, Mixed Reality Cloud, and Cloud Endpoints, while also serving as the Windows Planning and Windows and Devices (W+D) Strategy leader.

Navjot Virk

Navjot leads Windows Experiences, a critical role to shape the future of Windows and create experiences to light up the best of Microsoft. With over 23 years of experience at Microsoft, Navjot previously led the Mesh Product and Design team. She was also instrumental in scaling the SharePoint service more than tenfold while growing the multibillion-dollar security and compliance business. Navjot actively contributes to women’s communities across Microsoft and advises startups within the M12 portfolio.

David DWIZZZLE Weston
VP OS Security
David Weston is the Vice President of enterprise and OS security at Microsoft where he is responsible for the Security engineering of Windows, XBOX, Windows Server, the Azure OS as well as the Offensive Security Research & Engineering Team. Before leading security engineering in Windows, David led security research for Microsoft Defender, detecting and responding to the real-time evolution of the global threat landscape. David has been with Microsoft since Windows 7, holding many different security roles in mitigation design, penetration testing, malware analysis, and threat intelligence. In addition to his engineering work, David is also an accomplished security researcher presenting his work at numerous security conferences including BlueHat, Blackhat, Defcon and more.
