Jim Nakashima is a Partner, Head of Product for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights at Microsoft. Through Microsoft's sales, customer data platform and customer journey orchestration apps, Jim plays a pivotal role in enabling companies to transform their customer experience (CX) at scale with data and AI to optimize every interaction with their customers.
Before taking on his current position, Jim led the Skype for HoloLens Product Management team, demonstrating his ability to navigate and drive innovation in emerging technologies. Additionally, he brings a wealth of experience from his extensive involvement in developing tools and services for Microsoft Azure and Visual Studio.
