Roy has been working in global technology, consulting and marketing businesses for over 25 years. Prior to Avanade, he joined Cognizant through the acquisition of Zone - the award-winning customer experience business - where he was CEO. After integrating and scaling Zone, he went on to head up the Digital Experience practice across EMEA and APAC. He was then asked to help deliver the 3-year global corporate strategy at Cognizant as Head of Strategy and Growth for their consulting and advisory business.

Before joining Cognizant, Roy was CEO of a start-up which became one of the fastest growing digital businesses in Asia Pacific - expanding into 6 markets across 15 offices in 4 years. Prior to moving to Asia, Roy had various roles as Managing Director and Global Client Partner inside network agencies of WPP, Publicis Groupe, IPG and Havas.
