Edgardo Ferrero
Group Services Director
Edgardo is the Head of the Service Department at Cimbali Group, a global leader in professional espresso machines (LaCimbali, Faema, Slayer, Casadio). In this role, he has led key innovations in service, including augmented reality and remote support through TeamViewer, significantly improving the speed and efficiency of technical assistance. He also spearheaded the in-house development of TrainME AR, an app that uses AR and gamification to make technician training more engaging. Currently, Edgardo is developing an AI-driven project set to debut at CES 2025. An active member of the Coffee Technician Guild since 2017, he organized the 2019 European summit at MUMAC, the world’s largest coffee machine museum. He co-authored Senso Espresso, an exploration of Italian espresso culture, history, and design, celebrating espresso machines as icons of Italian creativity, technology, and the “Italian Way of Life.” Edgardo previously held key roles at FIAT Powertrain Technologies.

Bradley Lord
Chief Communications Officer
Bradley Lord is Team Representative & Chief Communications Officer at the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team. Bradley, who has over 20 years of experience working in F1, leads the groups responsible for communications, sustainability, and the team’s young driver programme. His passion for motorsport began at an early age, fed through his father’s career at General Motors in Europe and the US, and he joined the Benetton team in late 2001 ahead of its transformation into the Renault F1 Team the following year. After working as a journalist in the sport in 2008/9, Bradley joined Daimler AG in Stuttgart in 2011, and has led the brand’s communications in F1, Formula E and DTM, working closely with Team Principal Toto Wolff. He has worked in Brackley at the team’s UK HQ since 2013.

Oliver Steil

Oliver Steil has been CEO of TeamViewer since January 2018 and since the IPO of TeamViewer, he is Chairman of the Executive Board. He is an internationally experienced manager with a proven track record in building and successfully leading tech champions. As Chief Executive Officer, Oliver Steil is responsible for the development and implementation of TeamViewer’s strategy, product development and operating business overall.
Before taking over this position, he was Partner at the international Private Equity firm Permira. There he built up and headed Permira’s Portfolio Group, which works with global deal teams across all sectors on designing and delivering value creation plans for Permira funds’ portfolio companies. Prior to joining the Private Equity firm, Oliver Steil served as CEO of Sunrise Communications AG, the largest privately-owned telecommunications provider in Switzerland, and as CEO of Debitel (today: freenet AG), a leading mobile service provider in Germany. He started his career at McKinsey where he became a Partner with focus on the telecommunications and technology sector.
